Annual company get-together reimagined for the covid era into a dynamic pre-recorded TV show.

How do you replace a whole company annual get together for the covid era? Live online presentations were a sure bet to send everyone off to sleep so the creative team reconfigured content in to chat shows, films, and game shows with prizes inspired by TV shows like Comic Relief, Graham Norton, and Children in Need. Viewers were kept on their toes; the finance team competed in a high-pressure quiz to prove who knew the year’s figures best. International colleagues called in for one-on-one chats with the host, comedian Greg Shapiro. Award winners were surprised with mini covid-safe pop up parties. Bloopers rolled with the credits.
A sense of light heartedness, escapism, celebration and “information lite” was carried through the show.
A custom built, modular, reusable set was created in the citizenM main office’s atrium and the hour-long show with over 40 participants was filmed in just 4 days.
